The ideal sleeping earplugs, these reusable earplugs have the highest noise-blocking capability of any earplug on the market, with a noise reduction rating of 32dB. They're incredibly comfortable, made from a non-allergenic, silicon rubber that is pre-moulded and filled with gel so it actually takes on the shape of the ear canal. Like all Heartech ear plugs, they come in size small, medium and large, but a medium will work for most people.

Remember to keep your earplugs clean by washing them in soap and water. Most adults will require the Medium fit plugs, but for children and people with smaller ear canals, we do offer a smaller size as well.
