How do I return an item for refund?
If you would like a refund on your order, please return the items to us in their original, un-opened condition within 7 working days starting the day after delivery. If it is outside that period, please contact a member of our customer services team using the Contact Us page who will do what they can to help with your request. For returning your goods, we recommend using a recorded/traceable delivery service as we are not able to accept responsibility for items sent to us if they are lost by the carrier.

How long does a return take to process?
Once received, we can process your return within one working day and will confirm the outcome of the return within you by e-mail as soon as possible. If a refund is to take place, you should see this transaction on your statement in no more than 5 working days. If an exchange is to take place, you will be made aware of the shipping date/estimated arrival of your new goods by e-mail.

Unless otherwise authorised by a member of staff, all returns are completed at the customers own cost and should include a note detailing the customers name, order ID and the reason for return.
