Below you will find information regarding both UK and international delivery times as well as our bank holiday, Easter, Christmas & New Years operating times.

 

UK Delivery Times

Value Delivery - Free
Please allow up to 7 working days (Mon - Fri) for delivery to take place.

Standard Packet Post - £2.49.
Average waiting time of 2-4 working days (Mon - Fri).

Next Day Guaranteed Delivery - £6.99
Delivered Next Day (Weekdays only) between 8am and 6pm. Place orders before 3pm to receive them the next day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or those ordered on Saturday / Sunday will be sent out on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday. Tracking numbers available on request.

Next Day and Saturday Guaranteed Delivery Before 1pm - £7.99.
Delivered Next Day (Weekdays and on Saturday) between 8am and 1pm. Orders must be placed before 3pm to receive your order the next day. Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm or orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday. Tracking numbers available on request.

International Delivery Times

We currently operate three international delivery options but please note that only one may be avaiable for shipping to your country.

Signed For Delivery:

This service allows you to check the status of your parcel and is signed for upon delivery.

Tracked Delivery:
This service allows you to track your parcel from point to point. Tracking numbers available on request.

Tracked & Signed Delivery:
Our most secure service, the shipment is tracked from point to point and is then signed for upon delivery. Tracked numbers available on request.

Waiting Times:
For all three international options, once the order has been despatched, please allow an average waiting time of:

  • 4-8 working days to Western Europe
  • 5-10 working days to Eastern Europe
  • 10-14 working days for the rest of the world.


For all areas, please allow up to 20 days for delivery to take place.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Order?

If the products you have ordered are in stock then next day and expedited orders will despatched within 1 working day. All other orders – including international deliveries – will be shipped within 1-2 working days. You will receive a shipment e-mail to confirm once this has taken place.

Holiday Operating Times

Bank Holidays

Next Day deliveries placed on a Friday after 3pm and on Saturday, Sunday or Monday will not reach you until the Wednesday.
There are NO postal services on a Bank Holiday.
Please also note that any 'Next Weekday' deliveries placed on a Friday before 3pm will not reach you until the following Tuesday if there is a Bank Holiday.

Please note: Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday the 13th of April will not be dispatched until Tuesday the 18th April.

Please note: Orders placed after 3pm on Friday the 22nd of December will not be despatched until Wednesday the 27th of December and that orders placed after 3pm on Friday the 29th of December will not be despatched until Tuesday the 2nd of January.

Returns Information

How do I return an item for refund?
If you would like a refund on your order, please return the items to us in their original, un-opened condition within 7 working days starting the day after delivery. If it is outside that period, please contact a member of our customer services team using the Contact Us page who will do what they can to help with your request. For returning your goods, we recommend using a recorded/traceable delivery service as we are not able to accept responsibility for items sent to us if they are lost by the carrier.

How long does a return take to process?
Once received, we can process your return within one working day and will confirm the outcome of the return within you by e-mail as soon as possible. If a refund is to take place, you should see this transaction on your statement in no more than 5 working days. If an exchange is to take place, you will be made aware of the shipping date/estimated arrival of your new goods by e-mail.

Unless otherwise authorised by a member of staff, all returns are completed at the customers own cost and should include a note detailing the customers name, order ID and the reason for return.
