After The Order:
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a package containing four items:
- A prepaid envelope addressed to Sensorcom.
- A plastic container.
- Your Registration Number.
- An Address Card.
Once this is received, head to www.proguarduk.co.uk and click on the register tab.
Use the registration form to fill in all of the necessary details that ProGuard need to get in touch with you.
They will then contact you on the daytime telephone number provided to arrange an appointment with a local audiologist at a convenient time for you.
The audiologist will check your ears and if all is well, will take the impressions.
Once your impressions have been made, place them into the plastic container provided along with your filled out address card and use the prepaid envelope to send them to Sensorcom.
Once received, your earplugs will be manufactured and returned to you in 10-14 days.
